In-Store Pickup Policy

We offer complimentary in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our shop. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup experience:

Order Processing & Confirmation:

- After placing your order and selecting “Local Pickup” at checkout, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

- You will receive a confirmation email or phone call once your order is ready for pickup.

Identification Requirements:

- When picking up your order, please bring:

- A copy of your order confirmation e-mail

- A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order

Pickup Availability:

- Orders can be collected during regular store hours: Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 8:00pm

We ship with FEDEX, UPS, Purolator, Canpar and GLS Couriers through a third party shipping company to get you the fastest and best rates depending on your location. 

• For any lost or stolen packages we will help you place a claim through the company we use. Claims can take up to a few months sometimes to go through. Our shipping team will do their best to make the claim process as easy as possible for you.
• The Customer assumes ALL responsibility for any lost or stolen packages when using shipping rates WITHOUT insurance and signature required. 
• The Customer assumes all costs for product return. Please read our Return policy for more information regarding returns.

SHIPPING IN CANADA

Spray Paint orders start at $35 shipping fee with signature included. As orders increase the shipping cost increases as well. Spray paint is shipped as a Gas so can only be shipped ground and must include signature. Please give a couple extra business days for arrival.

Standard Shipping (Orders Under $75) NO INSURANCE OR SIGNATURE REQUIRED- $15.00 CAD

This is our cheapest shipping option, The customer assumes all responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you are shipping to a multi-unit building or busy street address, we recommend adding a signature to your order.

Standard Shipping (For Orders Over $75) NO INSURANCE / SIGNATURE REQUIRED- FREE

This is our Free shipping option for orders over $75. The customer assumes all responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you are shipping to a multi-unit building or busy street address, we recommend adding a signature and insurance to your order. ($20)

Standard Shipping - WITH INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED - $20.00 CAD

This Shipping service will insure your package (Covers product up to $1500) and require a signature when delivered. If you aren't available to sign for the package, 2 delivery attempts will be made before the package gets a temporary hold at a facility for pick up. On some occasions a slip for pick up will be left after the first attempt. 

Priority Shipping With Insurance And Signature Required - $40.00 CAD

Priority Shipping means you get to the front of the line and we will prioritize getting your Order shipped out first. We will pick a quicker shipping service for you. This Shipping service will also insure your package (Covers product up to $1500) and require a signature when delivered. If you aren't available to sign for the package, 2 delivery attempts will be made before the package gets a temporary hold at a facility for pick up. On some occasions a slip for pick up will be left after the first attempt. 

Express Shipping With Insurance And Signature Required - $65.00 CAD

Express Shipping will bump you to the front of our line and we will pick the fastest shipping rate for you. Your order will also be insured (Covers product up to $1500) and require a signature when delivered. If you aren't available to sign for the package, 2 delivery attempts will be made before the package gets a temporary hold at a facility for pick up. On some occasions a slip for pick up will be left after the first attempt. 

Standard USA Shipping - NO INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED - $25 CAD

2 delivery attempts will be made before the package gets a temporary hold at a facility for pick up. On some occasions a slip for pick up will be left after the first attempt. 

***All international orders may be subject to such fees as determined by the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.***
